3. Orders and Fulfillment All orders must meet our minimum packaging and labeling requirements. We reserve the right to refuse any shipment that does not meet our standards.

4. Fees and Payment Service fees are invoiced monthly or as agreed upon. All fees must be paid within 7 days of invoice unless otherwise specified.

5. Liability ViaPack is not liable for delays or losses caused by third-party carriers or force majeure. Liability for damaged goods is limited to the cost of fulfillment for that order.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this website is the property of ViaPack and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for breach of terms or abuse of our platform.

8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Kaltenkirchen, Schleswig-Holstein.
